What do you love about Ricky's: Varinder - What I love about Rickys is that I feel is I have improved myself in the last 4 years. I started as a dishwasher and have made my way up to manager. I feel this is a professional business and I feel more growth in my business and myself. And I thank Dylan and Andy for giving me this opportunity. Brandy - I love that we can work as a team and have a good time. I have had a lot of growth through the years here and have gone through many changes. FUN FACT: Sara started almost 20 years ago as a cook. She worked her way to become a server several years later. She then became a manager of a Ricky’s. In May 2017, she bought her own Ricky’s. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.
