Since Ricky’s first opened its door in 1962, we have taken great pride in serving generations of families across Canada.

Amid these challenging times, the well-being of our guests, franchisees and employees is our top priority. We want you to know that your safety remains paramount to us as this situation continues to evolve.

We are working hard to react to this ever-changing world, while acting in the best interest of our valued guests and franchisees. We are diligently evaluating each restaurant on an individual basis, in terms of closing dining rooms, maintaining kitchens for take-out and delivery, or closing entirely. We do not take these decisions lightly and it is with heavy hearts when the decision to close the doors is made.

We understand that you still need to feed your family and we are dedicated to being there for you and yours as long as we can. For our restaurants that remain open in some capacity, we are continuing to follow rigid deep cleaning and sanitizing procedures, as well as strict guidelines for social distancing for the safety of everyone involved.

Our in-house team is striving to ensure you have the most up-to-date information on our website and social media platforms, but we encourage you to call your local Ricky’s for options.
